We love shooting engagements!! We want this to be an amazing kickstart to planning the best freaking day of your life; so we’ll guide you through the process.
How? By giving you outfit suggestions, planning a location that you vibe with, and offering gorgeous products so you can display your visuals HUGE instead of letting them lounge unseen on a hard drive somewhere.
Most wedding collections also include a free engagement session, so if you also need a wedding photographer, shoot us a message!

Do your wedding collections include an engagement session?
2 of the 3 collections do! We love getting to know our couples before the wedding day, and it really helps to get a feel for how we shoot (plus it’s a lot of fun!).
Do you have recommendations for a location?
We love shooting at locations that are meaningful or fun for you, but we’re more than happy to make suggestions for spots that look dynamite in photos!
Can we bring our dog to our engagement shoot?
HECK YES! If he or she is super high energy, we recommend bringing along a friend that can hang out with puppers for a bit so we can also do some photos with just the two of you.
What should we wear to our engagement shoot?
This will depend largely on the location we choose; a dress and heels would look great in a more urban, downtown vibe, whereas ripped jeans and a tank would work well hanging out lakeside.
Do you offer helicopter engagement shoots?
Also, HECK YES!! We fly from Hope to one of the local peaks and the views are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Also, it’s such a fun adventure - you would have the best memory of your engagement shoot!!

From inquiry to final delivery, our team will do their darndest to ensure your wedding day is the best freaking day of your life.
To make your planning easier, smoother, and a heck of a lot more fun, we can help with choosing wedding day portrait locations, recommending kickass vendors, nailing down a timeline, and obviously being the best hype team on the big day!
We’re also pretty dang awesome at designing albums and wall art collections after the wedding day making sure those memories are showcased for all to see.

FAQ’s
We really feel like you’re the perfect fit for us! How do we officially book you?
Get in touch via the website or by text, and we’ll let you know if any of us are available for your date! If we are, we’ll send you the contract and an invoice for the retainer.
How much is the retainer?
$1000. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.
How many photos will we receive?
It depends how many hours we’re there for, whether you include a second photographer, and how your timeline unfolds. Typically, it ranges from 50-100 edited, high resolution, images per hour.
How long will it take to receive our photos?
4-6 weeks. Unless you are getting married in July, August, or September. Those are our busiest months so it can take 6-8 weeks.
How much time should I allow for portraits on the wedding day?
Your wedding planner will be able to offer advice with regards to your timeline, but at a minimum, we need about 30 minutes for family, 30 minutes for the bridal party, and then 30-60 minutes for couples’ portraits.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Unless it’s really coming down, we will still shoot outdoors. We’ll find locations ahead of time that have cover, such as building overhangs or heavy trees, and we’ll use a good ole fashioned umbrella!

Do you offer all inclusive elopement packages?
We sure do! We’d love to take away the stress of planning a wedding, and come up with a gorgeous, intimate elopement for you two (guest count depends on current pandemic restrictions).
Do you offer a helicopter elopement?
Absolutely! We fly out of Hope or Pitt Meadows and have a team who love to be a part of these adventures!
We’d love to plan an elopement with you. How do we get the ball rolling?
Yay! Reach out via the contact form and we can start chatting about dates and ideas! Once we have a date nailed down, we’ll need a $750 CAD retainer to hold the date. The balance is due two weeks prior to the elopement.
Do you have suggestions for locations?
You bet! Whether you want city views, mountain views, or city views from the top of a mountain, we’ve got ideas!
What if the weather is horrible on our day?
If we’ve planned a helicopter elopement and we can no longer fly due to the weather, we will either have a backup plan for a grounded ceremony on the same day, or we’ll reschedule the flight around the weather forecast. For most other ceremonies, we will go ahead regardless of weather, but we’ll do our best to ensure we have a covered location or umbrellas!

Whether it’s an anniversary, landmark birthday, whatever, I’ll guide you through the process of creating some beautiful memories.
I’ll help you plan your session and ensure its success – from outfits to finding the perfect location. The shoot itself is laid back and fun, focusing on nothing but the connection between you two.
After that, we’ll arrange a custom viewing and ordering session (at my Chilliwack studio, or via zoom) where I’ll help you choose the perfect prints!

What is a connection session?
Connection sessions are for any peeps looking for photos — you don’t even need to have a reason! Best friends? A girl and her horse? A couple just wanting to hang out at home, do some cooking, and get new photos while they’re at it? We’re game!
My partner and I love mountain biking. Can we incorporate that into our shoot?
Um, YAS QUEEN. We love the idea of shooting people in their element! This can apply to any hobby or shared pursuit; cooking, hiking, playing with dogs, you name it!
What does the shoot include?
These kinds of shoots include a little pre-planning, the session itself (usually around an hour), a customized slideshow and ordering session, and a $400 print credit! We’re hugely passionate about creating art for homes — we want you to actually have something tangible from your experience!
What kind of products do you offer?
We can do large canvases or prints, collages, albums or folio boxes — which are a more contemporary “unbound” type of album. We will find out more about you and your home during the process to ensure we’re recommending products that suit your life!
We’re from Vancouver and would like a session in our home. Are you willing to come to us?
Yes we would love to! We’re based in Chilliwack, so would quote an additional travel fee based on your specific location.
